  I was shown this today...

   Psalms 109:8 KJV

"Let his days be few; and let another take his office.

If you're gonna be stupid ya gotta be tuff

I'm taking that you meant this humorously.  But to set the record straight, Paul has a lot to say about obedience to government authorities.  Romans 13 is probably his strongest statements, which starts out saying: "Every person is to be in subjection to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those which exist are established by God."

I pray for all those who are in authority over me, that God would direct their paths.

That’s not likely to happen any time soon. Our government is overrun by secular progressives who don't believe in God and therefore He has no influence over their demented thought process.

I don't know how He directs demented governments, but he does.  I think our prayers help the process.  Again, I don't know how it does, it just does.  And when Paul was writing, one of the most demented governments that ever existed was in power - the Roman government.

But praying for and supporting a government are two different things.  There are many things I don't support with our present government.  Still, I pray for it.

You had better pray now if that is your thing, because soon Obama will not allow it unless you are praying to Alla.

I don't often pray, but if I did it sure wouldn't be for anything untoward to befall Obama.  That would guarantee him to be immortalized and I doubt that Joe Bidden would be an improvement...well, I'm not so sure anymore.  I used to think old Joe would be even worse, but after what I've seen so far, that is not possible.  Let's just say that Bidden wouldn't be an improvement, but at least I believe he is a real American...a dumb sumbitch for sure, but he ain't no halfrican and i don't think he's a commie.
