Are the threads on the breech end of the Winchester Models 92 and 94 barrel the same?

They are not.  According to Dunlap's book the '94 is threaded with a major diameter of .809" X 20 TPI for a length of .504".  The '92 is threaded with a major diameter of .8125" X 20 TPI for a length of .625".  So while the TPI is the same the major diameters and the length of the threads is quite different.
