Deer season is here and it is time to post some photos.

My daughter, age 16, nailed a nice 10 point buck on opening morning.  And she got him at 180 yards with one shot.



I shot the best deer of my life in the evening of the opening day.  He grossed 156 3/8 B&C points.



Lets see what every one else got.

But what the heck is a Jay Hawker doing over here shooting "our" Missouri deer?

Well the MDC needs someone to show you locals how to quit shooting the spikes and forks and let them grow into big ones.     I paid $225 for the privilege of hunting my own land BTW, thanks for getting rid of the non-resident land owner.
