Sure. I think Marlin is the only brand of bolt action .22 Magnum I've owned tho I Have had a pump from Browning and some TC barrels so chambered. Once you figure out which ammo it prefers you'll find it most likely capable of one inch or less groups at 100 yards if you do your part. My current one is a Marlin 982.
