I'd probably read it with great interest once I had it. The thing is, I wouldn't search for it to buy a copy. It would pretty much have to fall into my hands, like a present or something.

Better  read it! You might not want to vote for her after reading it!

(NOT)........Most would vote for her anyway! She looks good, and the left hates her! What more could you ask for?
"AND" We don't want an ugly old man, that makes more sense than anyone in politics. (RON PAUL) when we can have a cute woman, with good hair and loves GW, in DC. I guess you WERE talking about voting for her as Prez!

I could vote for her as ........Perhaps wife of the year, if she would go back to Alaska and make room for more SENSIBLE men (like Paul) to run against the Liberal scum, that has taken over the Pachyderms & Donkeys.
Freedom Of Speech.....Once we lose it, every other freedom will follow.

I did vote for Palin but will not read her book or any other book written by a politician or a political shill.  Palin shot herself in the foot when she quit the Alaska governor job.

alasgr:  If you look at the whole situation you would not feel that way.  Sarah Palin was being attacked to the point that all she was doing was defending herself from frivolous ethics attacks.  She was not able to do her job, and she knew it.  She also knew it was not going to stop, and that someone needed to do the work that she was not able to do.  She stepped down and suddenly the ethics complaints stopped.

Sarah Palin was not liked by the Republican Party here in Alaska.  The Party backed the Incumbent Governor Frank Murkowski.  Sarah ran against him in the primary, and defeated him by a landslide.  Only then did the party get behind her, then only half way.

She has many interviews coming up and I think if will be interesting to hear her views.  The Bill O'Reily one should be good.  The Ophra one may also be interesting since Ophra is a hostile (Obama supporter) interviewer.

On a different note.  Did anyone see NCIS last Tuesday night.  A woman shot a hole through the front door with a shot gun.  The NCIS agent lying on the ground asked her who she thought she was Sarah Palin.  Just had to throw that in there.

You are right.  Serious attacks were coming from both the Democrats and the Republicans.  As soon as the election was over there were the cheap accusations about her clothes.  McCain could have stepped in and stopped most of the attacks that were coming from the Republican side, but he did not.

I think there is a reason both parties attacked her and still are....it's the same reason I don't care for either party. They both are driven by the same type of corruptions and neither party needs anyone with Palin's attitude anywhere near them.  She doesn't have a history of just falling into line with the republican party all the time either.  Neither party can trust her to be totally loyal.  Same as me I guess.  I would have walked away from that governor job as well...my family would have told me to.

I'd read her book someday should it get into my hands.

I may have to read it, just to know the truth about it.  There is already a lot of negative rumors about it and its not even on the street.

Both parties are scared to death of her.  She will not toe the line, nor get pushed around.  She thinks on her own, and acts on what she thinks best.  She is not always right, but she is giving it her honest best.  She does not lie, and she kept a clear and transparent government.  I don't agree with all of her views, but I will follow her totally because she is the first honest person I have ever met in politics. Too bad she and McCain lost.  At least she is not Muslim.

My wife mentioned yesterday that She wanted to read Palin's book so I looked it up on amazon and they had it for $9.00 if you pre-order. I thought that was pretty cheap for a new book. It's supposed to ship on the 17th.

I would read it just to get her spin on the detailed workings and history of both national and international politics.

Nope, polliticians are all the same, in that they are all in it for the money and power. My time will be better spent at the range and hunting, or anywhere else for that matter. I'm sure I'll get the word here, by someone who doesn't value their time as I do.

i will read it..Both the Democrats and the elites of the Republican party doesn't like her, because they FEAR her. That can only be good!
Her book is entitled, "Going Rogue" and that about says it!
For those who think she's a lightweight, try reading the book..Rush says he read it, adding that she is a lot deeper thinker than most on capitol hll and has a much better grasp of international trade, politics etc than anybody in the present administration.
The main thing she has going for her is basic honesty, something very few top party hacks have.

Yes I'm going to read it. I ordered it from Amazon about a month ago. I think Palin is very intelligent, and it is her basic honesty that I like most about her.

Watched part of the interview on Oprah. She confirmed what alot of us know. With all the political attacks on her, she couldn't do a proper job as governor. She'll take the heat of quiting, so the job can get done properly. From what she said, it looks like she's more interested in taking care of her family first, politics second. I can't blame her for that. 99% of the politicians in office right now, are thinking with either their wallet, or their groin.
I think I'll buy her book for a Christmas present for my wife. She takes the time to read. gypsyman
