ported barrel accuracy

I,m thinking of getting a XD in 9mm 4" ported barrel.I wanted to know if a ported barrel decreases accuracy,since in the ported barrels I,ve seen the last inch of barrel is not rifled.So will it shoot like a three inch?

it doesn't make any differance if the barrel is 3 in's or 26 in's as far as accuracy is concerned, sight radius is the deciding factor. as long as it has a good crown in the barrel, porting will not hinder accuracy. good luck on what ever you decide
