The CZ-52 is C&R eligible in it's most common 7.62x25 variation.  There are some rarer 9mm Luger versions out there that are not C&R.   So long as you're talking about the former and not the latter, then it can be shipped directly to you.

I'm not sure if the shipper(BBT) requires an FFL01 for shipping any handgun to an FFL01/C&RFFL03.  I'm not sure if the FFL01 is required to ship any handguns.
I know the C&RFFL03 can ship C&R rifles to an FFL03(C&R) and ship to an FFL01 were required(modern stuff).  I think it also depends on your state laws too some states don't allow C&R handguns shipped to C&R's.  Some states don't allow ammo shippments and any mags larger than 10rds.  These seems to be a disease thats growing.

The bottomline is for insurance reasons it maybe better to let the FFL01 ship it to you just incase something goes wrong during the shippment.

I live in Illinois and have had many C&R guns shipped to me, both from FFL's and private sellers. But anybody shipping to Illinois should get a copy of your FOID card to keep it legal.
