M'Lady Carol
« on: November 17, 2009, 04:18:29 PM »

Photo taken some years ago at happier times.............

The Love of my Life M’Lady Carol has run her race…….. she is with the Lord this day
I rejoice in the time we shared together in life’s Journey I will sorely miss her laughter
Her smile and her sense of humor there is a hole in my heart for my better half Is gone.

Whether the end of the Journey was hard or sweet, may you both find rest and peace now that it's done.

Thank you for letting us know, and share in this with you.

O God of spirits and of all flesh, Who hast trampled down death,
and overthrown the devil, and given life to Thy world: Do Thou,
Thyself, or Lord give rest to the soul of Thy departed
servant Carol, in a place of light, a place of green pasture, a
place of repose, whence all sickness, sorrow and sighing are fled
away. Pardon every sin committed by her, in word,
deed or thought, in that Thou art a good God, the Lover of
mankind; For there is no man that liveth and sinneth not, for
Thou alone art without sin, Thy righteousness is an everlasting
righteousness, and Thy Word in Truth.
For Thou art the Resurrection, and the Life, and the repose
of Thy departed servant Carol, O Christ our God,
and to Thee we send up glory, together with Thine
unoriginate Father, and Thy most holy and good and lifecreating
Spirit, now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen

And may her memory be Eternal!
Your ob't & etc,
Joseph Lovell

I'm sorry, Allen.
RIP John. While on vacation July 4th 2013 in northern Wisconsin, he was ATVing with family and pulled ahead of everyone and took off at break-neck speed without a helmet. He lost control.....hit a tree....and the tree won.  He died instantly.

I want to thank everyone for their thoughts & Prayers,

Today we had a service for Carol at our Church and gave her a good send off,
I heard from some of her co-workers today and found out they thought highly of
her,  Our soloist was a friend of ours, she is in her late 80's and almost blind,
she was Carol's adopted grandma.... this lady is from West Virgina and plays &
sings the old time gospel that is sung up in the Mountains, so it was not a mournful
day but a homecoming  I told a story about a trip Carol & I took to northern Virgina
before we were married, we headed back late that night, I was driving and to stay
awake I started to sing along with the christian music on the radio, Carol joined in
and harmonized with me on one song, when it was done she asked me how she sounded?
I told her she had a lovely singing voice, that is when she relayed to me that years before
a roommate had told her "SHE COULD NOT SING"  it hurt her spirit and for years she
did not sing, that night she took a chance and sung with a man she had come to love and
learned to trust,  we sang many songs that night! When we joined our church we also joined
the choir, today I looked at her empty chair and thought we may not hear her voice but
I know She is home with a Loving and merciful God, and that her voice will ring out in joyful
praise in the halls of his mansion.

So now I start to pick up the pieces and get on with my life, Yes I miss her, but I can't do anything about it,

So I am back to work, and I will start working on my projects that have been sitting for over a year, and some

new ones, A new year is coming and I plan on finishing everything that has been started before the end of it.
