20 Ga USH forend

I bought a 20 ga USH barrel. Does anybody know what the part # is for the forend that fits this barrel?

S0357 $15.45 as  list in the Oct 2008 parts list, I think they've changed the prefix letters, so the part number may not be entirely correct.

Will they answer the phone?  I've been trying to call for a week to see what barrels are available and all I get is a busy signal.  Did the factory shut down for christmas or did they change the phone number listed on the website?

Their number is (866)776-9292, at least two members talked to them late last week.
