Putin asks to call Russia, and talks for 5 minutes. When he is finished, the Devil informs him the call cost a million Rubles, so Putin writes him a check.
Next, Queen Elizabeth calls England and talks for 30 minutes. When finished, the Devil tells her the call cost 3 million pounds, so she writes him a check.
Then Bush calls the USA and talks for an hour. When he is finished, the Devil tells him he owes nothing, and that he can call the USA whenever he wants.
On hearing this, Putin goes balistic, and demands to know why Bush gets his calls free.
The Devil tells him that since Obama became President, the whole country has gone to Hell, so it's a local call.
