I have a bunch that you can have. All you have to do is pick them up out of my pasture.
The weatherman hit it right on the head today. High wind warning, sustained winds at 50 mph, gusts over 65 mph. I think he might have missed the gusts a little bit though. About noon it sounded like it was trying to blow the house away and in a few minutes it got part of it. Now I can see some shingles peeling off the garage. The shingles have already been thru some storms this bad and were supposed to be good for 75 mph. Maybe they just got tired.
All ready contacted the insurance company and they are supposed to contact me tomorrow with information about when the adjuster will make it. All I should have to worry about is the deductable.
Weatherman seems to think we won't catch any of the snow this storm is packing but he isn't real accurate. Last Tuesday we had 5" when he said it wouldn't make it this far down. At least the tar paper looks to be OK so maybe I won't have any leaks if it does snow.
