The whiners win all the time- atheists have stopped all Christmas displays and even though i am fairly sure they are a small minority no one wishes you a merry Christmas anymore I have no problem with them not believing why should they have a problem with the MAJORITY believing? as far as a business operating their own place I think that a sign at the door warning that it is a smoking establishment should be sufficient people are just being small brown orifices.

The small majority of atheists didn't get Christmas displays stopped on their own. They had the friendly ACLU to help.
Such a tragedy if an atheist had to walk past a Christmas display of Jesus Christ lying in a manger. Or if one of the whiners had to breath in a wisp of smoke.

It seems funny that they are public places when it comes to smoking....but private property when it comes to the right to carry a gun on the property.

The citizents of Illinois were not given the opportunity to vote on this law.It was signed into law by another one of our govenors who is currently facing criminal charges for his conduct while in office. This law applies to every business in the state and every club both private and public.I do not smoke and haven't in many years, but what makes my personal choices more important that someone who chooses to smoke.I am so tired of indiviguals who feel that their rights should circumvent the rights of others. It seems to me that if you don't want to breath second hand smoke you should frequent a business that doesn't allow smoking. What is next, a ban on drinking tap water because someone feels that it is a hazard? But what more can you expect from  the Chicago area where corruption is apparently a practice in daily business.I expect that this state leads the United States in convicted politicans for their conduct in office and probably several more that should be.Guess the area that all of these politicans originated from.
