That's exactly what I do, Steve...I always reload immediately while hunting, refill the quick loads when it's quiet. I use the straight thru type, pour powder in, set on muzzle and push the ball through and start with the long side of the ball starter, then use the starter to get the ball down the muzzle and switch to ram rod. I don't use the quick loads while target shooting, but a bullet block helps keep the PRB's easy to start. I refill it and have a cup of coffee while letting the rifle cool off.
