For 45-70 fans, not H&R

This is not a H&R but I know there's a lot of 45-70 lovers on here. We were just over at Whittaker Guns this afternoon and he had a new  Knight KP1 in 45-70 for $229. I wish I needed one but I'm saving for a .357 Max.

That's a great buy, Knight is no longer making any firearms, but they're still open for parts and service.  ;)

He picks up a lot of close outs and odds&ends. There's a 30-06 too, and he did have a 25-06 and a 270. I didn't check for those today.

He also had a Navy Arms Lee-Enfield 4570.  This is one of the older ones built on the No 1 action.  Those Enfield stocks are just too short for me.
