Dale I hope your feeling better and the meds are working. Overall people here are praying for you and are on your side. Don't let a few rude products of poor parenting get you down. They see themselves in your failings and it makes them feel better about their own low self image by insultung you. Don't let. Few losers woth low self esteem to drag you down to their level. Misery loves company.

I had gurd, and acid reflux real bad for a while.  Went to a specialist, put me on something.  Later went to an allergy doctor.  He did extensive testing, and I found out I was allergic to certain foods.  Avoided the foods, and got rid of the problem, no medicine.  For instance tomatoes caused me to have heartburn and gurd really bad, especially after eating spagetti or lasagna (wife's Italian).  She cut back on the tomatoe sause, and I limit how much I eat to avoid the problem, eat it at lunch but not at night.  Never drank, so never had a drinking problem.

I have learned that most here do not hate me.
