Spotted Horse Ranch
« on: December 28, 2009, 03:55:17 PM »
Does anyone here have any experience with the Spotted Horse Ranch outside of Jackson Hole, WY? From the research I have done, it seems like a nice place, but web sites and even phone conversations can be deceiving. I am thinking about doing an antelope hunt and I guess there is an opportunity to fill in with a cow elk hunt if we fill the antelope tags quickly. This will be a first western hunt for my son and me and I am looking for a quality experience (not necessarily trophy animals, but a quality experience in the hunt). I guess they hunt on public lands - is that a bad thing? I don't want to be bumping elbows with lots of other guys. Thanks.
