Barrel part.
« on: January 23, 2010, 10:28:41 AM »
I have a .22 cal. 10" bull barrel that has a broken part on the lug, looks like a tiny dog bone, that I can't find the proper name of so I can order a new one. Would really appreciate any help identifying it.
Would like it even more if some one on here has one I could buy. It has a 2 piece lug by the way.
    Thanks mucho.

I think the part your talking about is called a roller. If you will pm me your email I will send you the diagram & parts list.

I've called them to get replacement parts a couple of times, they've always been very nice, and I've never spent a penny!  My Pop got an old 30-30 barrel in a trade that some ding-dong had ground off the locking lugs for some stooopid reason.  I called TC with my bank card in hand to order and pay for the new parts, but they even sent those to me for free!

My Pop has called them about forearm screws and dovetail blocks before, and they do charge for those - a whopping $14.00 for 4 each, shipped!  I figger that they expect folks to loosethose, so they charge for them!   :D  The rest of the parts seem to be warranted FOREVER!
