It came yesterday, my new Tesoro Vaquero. Wow these things are light! Performed the quick checks outlined in the manual. Only tough thing, its the middle of winter, with 2ft snow everywhere, not to mention the low temps...Kinda like the time I got a new bike for Christmas, as a kid. Had to wait something like 4months to ride it.

The US of A govmint defines a relic as being over 50 years old.......hmmmm.  I guess that describes a bunch of us......And for sure they would be able to find me with a detector if I were underground.  I've got a lot of spare parts in me.  Very expensive ones.

ouch!  That hurt!  But the way I figger it, I'd be a young stud in an old folks home!   ;D
