How many Video their hunts or have thought about it?

I'm planning a hunting trip this year and like always I'm thinking about trying to figure out if I should and how I could video tape the hunt.  I used a tree mounted arm once while deer hunting, but it was kind of a pain to get everything in view and then to move the camera around to catch everything on film.

If you video your hunts, how do you do it?  Do you have a hunting buddy sit with you?  Do you mount the camera to a tree or tripod?

After my first couple attempts at it, I got tired of lugging around a tree mount, video camera, extra batteries, and a plastic bag in case it rained.  I started thinking about this again after seeing this product:
