It appears the mounts are on the gun, where do I find offset rings?

I have a Marlin Slugmaster 512, it doesn't allow for the scope rings to be over the top, but come over from the non-open side of the bolt.  There are two little weaver style pads screwed to the receiver on this side, but it would need some sort of offset rings to work.

If you have a Weaver brand side mount the Ring mount numbers are #272-671 or #340-963.
I went to MidwayUSA.com and typed weaver side mount in the search bar and found these. They are around $30.00 each. Hope this helps.
