Located a 1980 760 carbine 30-06, NIB for $675.00, decent price?? Also, would this have the 4 locking lugs or would it have the multiple ones (16 I think)?  Thank You, John

A 760 has 14 locking lugs. The 7600 has 4.

Did you get the 760?    Wanted to let you know I bought my 760/3006/carbine in 1986 and it has been a fantastic rifle.   Got my first trophy buck (10 pt WT with a Mulie shaped rack) and hundreds of hogs and coyotes with it in the past two decades.   Hope yours is as good to you as mine has been to me.
I'm just tryin' to keep everything in balance, Woodrow. You do more work than you got to, so it's my obligation to do less. (Gus McCrae)

No, I didn't get it, should have; the carbines are hard to come by, but I'll get one eventually,
                                            Thanks John
