Need help with High Standard double nine W-104
« on: January 23, 2010, 05:02:13 AM »
Took it apart and made my repair. Now I need to re-install the hammer, then put the whole trigger/grip assembly back in the frame. Are there any assembly instructions anywhere?  Tricks or tips?  I have worked until my fingers are sore. At this point it looks like I am going to have to build some kind of jig to compress the mainspring and locate the hammer at the same time. Sure can't do it my main strength!  Any ideas or location of instruction greatly appreciated!

I put the frame against my belt and just compressed it by hand and installed the pin. kinda of a pain but did it fairly quickly to minimize the pain
