Reasonably priced hulls will be the hardest to come by. You can find them on some of the auction sites but they seem to be selling pretty high, almost to the point where you are better off buying a case of loaded shells to start with. Otherwise check gun shows and skeet ranges. Sometimes you can find new cheddite hulls for only a few pennies more than what they are going for on auction.
