http://www.rossiusa.com/2010newcatalog/?catalog_page=4

its basically a taurus judge with an 18" barrel and a stock you can get it to shoot .410 3" and .45 colt or you can get it in .410 only the .410 only options seems preety cool kinda hard to plug the cylinder for 3 shots only though
common sense is slowly becoming uncommon

Interesting ...................but

I am not gonna pay $600.00 for a 410 shotgun unless its a semiauto Remington.

But, thats assuming they will want the same or more $ for the rifle/shotgun as Taurus wants for the revolver.

Its like a dream come true; a double action revolving carbine!  ;D I think my lip sprung a leak, there's a puddle on my desk! If its not too expensive, and the rifle version is accurate, this might be what it takes to get me to move from .44 to .45. Sure the DA trigger will need a little polish. Maybe it won't have the stupid lock on it either, since its a long gun!

Of course, I'd like one in .357, and another in .22 with the 10-rd cylinder. Oh the possibilities!!

You do understand don't you how much crap comes out the gap and goes forward? Do you REALLY want your hand in front of that cylinder? If you think you do then how about putting your hand in front of the cylinder of your revolver and firing a cylinder full first. Then once the doctor gets thru repairing the damage you'll have a better understanding of why revolving rifles never were a commercial success.

GB, yep, that's why I blew up all the pictures in the catalog and looked first before I posted.

If you look closely it APPEARS that there is a shroud around the front of the cylinder covering the gap. Go to the catalog, look at the small picture labeled SA/DA and see if you see it too. Most obvious is the beefy forearm that's wider in diameter in front of the cylinder. I've fired the revolving shotgun and grenade launchers. They both used cylinder shrouds and a broom handle on the foregrip. Didn't even have to be told not to put my hand in front of the cylinder shooting the 10" S&W. I will of course wait and see, but if they've solved the problem as it appears they have, then I'll be a happy camper!

Sorry, but I have to say it doesn't get me excited.  Poor shot patterns and mediocre .45 Colt accuracy plus a horrible trigger to even attempt wingshooting - what more could you want???

It is kind of cute, and certainly is unique.  Suppose it would work for clearing snakes out of the garden!
