  Bought them at a whim from a local gun store;
  They arec made in Serbia and are 45 gr for .22 Hornet. looks like decent brass....has anyone tried reloading these cases ?
  If so, please comment..

I just purchased 100 new brass myself.  I talked with some of the shooters in CA and they are having good luck with the brass.  I happened to be sizing 100 new PRVI and 100 new RP on the same night.  The PRVI was closer in tolerance, i.e. length, primer pocket depth, and flash hole placement was better than the RP brass.

Have not fired any nor reloaded any yet.  Maybe in the next few weeks......
