Good day,
As you might have noticed, I just posted another question. But this one will make all you Win. 52B folks tear your hair and look for where I live
I am the proud owner of a "customized" 52B; barrel is twenty inches, measured to the receiver, a bolt missing just rear of the bolt, the original externally adjusted scope mounts in place, no safety, but a un-usual but, kinda like it, some light wood, silioette type, stock
Will any of you folks, now you heard my tale
, advise any gunsmiths that cater to 52s? I'd like modern scope mount holes drilled and tapped, some kind of pillor bedding, bolt replaced and a safety installed.
Someone told me that if a barrel is cut at the incorrect point in the rifling, the gun won't shoot. Never read or heard that before.
Any comments (now be gentle :') appreciated. Hope you and yours are well, and looking forward to a great new year
God Bless
