correct me if im wrong...

I disassembled my 444 today after the last hunt of the season to give it a good cleaning. I didn't remove the scope, just the forend and barrel from the receiver. That won't effect my accuracy, right? I mean, I won't have to sight the rifle back in...

I would check it to see if point of impact is the same . The tightness of the forend screw can affect the P.O.I.  better safe than sorry.    26-t
