Model 60 parts question
« on: March 28, 2010, 11:06:54 AM »
I have a model 60 (plastic trigger guard) the ejector lifter spring has bent (the part of the spring that acts as the ejector pushing on the rim of the shell upon bolt blowback) is this a frequently failing item if it is is there an alternative to this spring??       Thanks Tom

If no one here can assist, you may want to check over at www.RimfireCentral.com and look up the Mod 60 forum.

The usual reason is poor reassembly.. Just bend the springs tail back into position. If it fails parts are readily available.. These are great little rifles although the triggers have a few problems.. and they require careful work sequences when repair is needed.. Accuracy is almost always outstanding..
