Heavy Barrel Same as Bull Barrel?

In the Rem 700's, some barrels are called bull barrels.  I've also seen them called "heavy" and "heavy bull" barrels.

Now I see some TC Encore barrels are called "heavy" barrels. (no bull barrels)

Are these 3 terms the same thing?  If not, what is the difference?

Is it that when it comes to Encore barrels, there is only the "heavy" barrel?

Basically the amount of taper that is "lathed" away from the barrel.
A Bull Barrel has no taper and is the same diameter for the whole length.
A Heavy Barel has a slight taper, from action to muzzle. For T/C's it is .995" from breech to .825" @ muzzle.
A Tapered or "sporter" barrel has even more taper. .995" to .725" ... or so...
 These are all descriptions for the amount of taper, and is wordage used by manufactureers to describe the amount of taper or "weight" on the barrel's profile. Of course they vary from manufacturer to manufacturer but they all basically use the same wordage to describe the amount of material or heft their barrel has.
