Who to pillar and finsh inletting unfinished forearm

Who should I get to pillar and finish inletting an unfinished forearm? I also have a Virgin Valley kevlar forearm to get pillared at a later date.

Could it not be a do-it-yourself project? Doesn't look to be too difficult to do. Perhaps someone has a link / tutorial on how to pillar bed a TC forearm to post.

Inletting may not be everybodies cup of tea to take on (although not hard to do if you have adaptable tools), but finishing anybody can do if they have a mind to.
 
Pillars are way overkill on any TC Contender/Encore IMO.   I got by just fine with forend hanger bars the last 20 odd years I shot all of mine in both handgun and carbine configs, and most were tack drivers as good as or better than rifles, some that could give any rifle a run for their money.
