Target Sighting

I'm getting back to a levergun after a few years absence. With the sights on this .38-55 Marlin the front bead just about covers the target especially at 100 yds. Do most folks hold at the 6 0'clock to avoid this?

May take a bit to figure it out but when you get the "picture " you like, stay with it.

I like what I call a tight 6 o'clock hold. I like the bullet to hit like it slid off the top of the front sight.
