marlin xs7 scope package

      anyone know what kind of scope come with the x7 package? looked at several vendor sites that state scope is comparable to the bushnell banner. 315 is about the best price i can find for the package, about 285 without the scope, was jus wondering if the scope is worth 30 bucks. vendors also state this is a discontinued product, not sure if its not being made anymore or marlin is coming out with a updated version. buds had them listed in stainless also.

I think its a Sportsman. Bushnells lowest end scope. The Banner is actually not a bad scope and a step above the Sportsman.

From what I have read most people aren't overly impressed by the package scope, I'd save the $ and buy a nicer scope.

Most package scopes are junk. Save your bucks and buy a better scope but you will love the rifle.

Bought one, they didn't have just the rifle. Rings are OK but wasn't impressed with the scope. Don
