Easy...well...First off the fence should be no where that any passers by will see. Secondly, I would not recomend attaching your cable to the wire. I would stake the snare or attach it to a strong post. Coyotes will entangle in the fence and can present you with a mess. If you are in an area which permits dispatch springs and locks I would use them...this will save most of the work of fixing the fence and sewing hides (I'm presuming barbed wire) For coon, again I've seen one in the last twenty years so I can't help much. 1 inch off the ground, 10 inch loop and a fast lock should take both critters.
