Are there any reasonable Mosin Nagant M38's out there?

My son trusted one of his Army buddies to retrieve and ship his M38 from the Provost Marshall's office (don't ask  ::)) after he PCS'd to another base.  Appears he has been buddy 'blanked' >:(

I believe that Century Arms has them posted as "comming soon".  I hope so i'd like to make another run at the mosins and add the M38 and the M91/59 to my next pass at them.
