"Green Police" ad by Audi
« on: February 10, 2010, 03:43:31 AM »
I heard about the "Green Police" ad that Audi ran for the Superbowl. Fascinating! It's quite realistic in terms of things that are actually occurring.

One of the stupidest commercials ever made. Its almost as bad as the Jeep commercial that mocked deer hunters while Jeep takes out ads in Field & Stream trying to sell to hunters. Audi is not known for its fuel efficent car line up so it's just bad BS. In fact, there lineup are gas hogs with the exception of this car.

It was actually a lot deeper than you are seeing. Watch it again, the ad is for clean diesel, which will we will never see in america because of particulate emissions. Audi is mocking the green movement in america and showing us that one answer is diesel but we can't see it because we think a $15 cfl is going to solve the energy "crisis".

Thought it was great, at least the jabs at unelected bureaucrats - EPA-gone wild.  Opened alot of eyes to what could come.
