I want a 30-30 G2

I want a stainless G2 chambered in 30-30 Winchester.  I want it to be capable of 3 shot groups under 1" at 100 yards.    I saw that T/C makes a stainless sporter weight barrrel with the synthetic stock.  I saw the frame could be purchased separately and I could add a Bulberry or Foxridge bull barrel, which I would prefer.  I also prefer a wood stock instead of the synthetic.  What would be the best way to accomplish my goal?

Those perameters are all "stock factory" options.    ie. just go buy them. My factory, bull, g2, shot that no problem.
