I've been hunting with a peep-sighted H001 Standard Henry for the last 3 years w/o issue, liking it very much (they ALL take Short/L/LR).
Last Fall I ran across a NIB H001T Octagon Frontier for $250, and thought I'd try it out, since I'd heard so much about the model and had such excellent results from my older Henry standard.
I installed a set of fiber-optic front/rear sights on it, since I already had a peeped henry (the receiver covers interchange, if I wanted to peep the H001T), but it really didn't shoot any better than the standard, even though I accuracy-tested it with about 12 different brands/types of ammo - so I sold it this March.
Sooooo, I WOULD recommend one, for anyone who didn't already own another Henry rifle - but not for an existing Henry owner, unless simply another rifle acquisition was what was wanted.
