444 nef anyone know of pressure rating of action

I have a NEF in 444 and love it... plan to slug it...lap it via beartooth kit (hope i'm not messing up) and get down and dirty on using HC GC bullets... only wish I had slugged it before acquiring present bullet inventory...anyway I was wondering if Anyone knew of actual or W.A.G. on just what the NEF action is good to...have much reloading data on 444 and some is pretty hot...especially internet data some of these guys are pretty intense the 444 is a serious cartridge only wish I had realized it years ago...before Win. quit making it in 94 bb... anyway this is my first post and this is getting a little long winded just had coffee and fired up ready to get "slugging this morning"

WELCOME TO THE FORUM!!
 The H&R/NEF action is NOT a good one for hot rodding. The frame "flexes" a bit with hi pressure loads and problems begin. Its plenty safe for SAMMI spec loads. Load it sensibly and respect the feedback the fired cases give you.
PLEASE don't be a statistic, load intelligently.

May I suggest you (probably have, but) clean the barrel well and shoot it. Dont go to lapping until you have 100 or more shots thru it and it isnt working. Mine have just been getting better the more I use them.
For many barrels lapping is a solution to a non-existant problem, and any lapping removes some of the barrel life span.
