Just to throw a bone to the rubber grip fans.... My 450 Marlin BFR wears and will continue to wear rubber.. Tried the Hogue walnut target grips that Magnum research provides and found them to open my hand up to wide... They felt okay out of the box but were very uncomfortable when firing the gun.. Something like holding your palm open and whopping it with a stick..
