« on: July 18, 2010, 07:29:21 PM »
Does anyone know what the real world ballistics of a 270 WSM with a 130 grain remington corelok.
I am having issues with my pc it keeps blocking me from ballistic calculators and such saying it is filtered need to get that fixed ASAP.
But in the mean time any help would be great.
I would like to know 100-400. Im thinking 1.5 or +2 at 100 sould be darn close at 300 but im not sure.
Any help would be great.
Thanks

I have shot Winchester 150gr. Power Points and handloaded Nosler 140gr. Accubonds at 1.20" at 100yds. and it is dead on at 200yds. The 150gr. Power Points I chronographed 3200fps. 15 feet from the muzzle. But each rifle is different. You actually need to chronograph that load out of your rifle to get the true ballistics and plug it into a ballistic program. After you find out the information plug it into this program.
