I went through a similar decision process between the G20 and the G21, but I went with the G20 instead. Both are nice handguns. Enjoy! MI VHNTR

A Glock 21 weighs 26.28 oz. w/o a loaded mag in place.  Add another 12.0 oz. to the weight with a loaded 10 round mag.

I think you'll be happy with the 21 - I am. I put a Streamlight M3 on the rails, and it sits on my nightstand. I would question the need for the hi cap mags. If 10 rounds doesn't end a gunfight - you're in deep S. It would be fun to blast out 14 rounds on the range, but I'm just not sure it worth the ridiculous price of hi cap mags.

:D  Hey guys i've owned a few glocks and like them alot, my buddy traded me his g-20 for my g-21, Ive always wanted a 10mm and now I got one and is it a shooter, so what is the opinion of every one on the 10mm, with the right load it seems to be on par with the .45 and almost the same speed and balistics,  I myself don't know but hey its cool to be different.

kevin, the full power 10mm loads are considerably more powerful than the 45 ACP. The 10mm is more versatile too. Take a look at this forum under "The 10 Ring" for much more info on your G20.

i have a 21C and i would prefer a 10mm just for the fact that here in Mn you can legally use a 10mm for deer hunting which i would like to do.  but i can't complain about the 21C for a defensive pistol.
