Beginners luck? I don't think so. Keep shootin' you're doing something right.

I'm a huge fan of 45 to 50 yard shots. I know that is a long time for the arrow to be enroute, but I seem to be more relaxed with a lot less target panick at those ranges. I don't know if you intend to bow hunt later, but game animals get really spooky inside that invisible 45 yard perimeter. My favorite pin is my 45 yard pin.

Awsome group. I do most of my shooting at 20 yards and do the rest out to 50 yards. It looks like if you do much practicing at 20 yards, it could cost you a bit in buying new arrows. LOL!!! Great shooting!!! I wish you the best of luck with your shooting and hunting. It looks like you are on the right track!!!

I don't ever practice past 30 yards, the reason is I have never had any need to shoot at a deer past 15 yards. I know every stand is different, but as for my setup all my kills have been at 15 yards and less. What I am trying to say is, if those are from 50 yds please don't ever let me do any betting with you, I will loose my shorts YOUR GOOD.

Ha thanks. Yes, that was at 50 yards. Can I do it again? Probably. Could I do it all day? Probably Not. I don't even have a bow right now since it broke. Bummer. As soon as my shooting came together my bow came apart.
