tritium sight j frame

Picked up 357 J frame with 3" barrel.  I want to change front sight to tritium.

I cannot find one.  I found one for the 1 7/8 " barrel.

I want to do the change because of older eyes.  I have trouble seeing the black on black of the rear and front sight.

I saw a forum which had one with the tritium sight.  It must be out there.  Where?

Just put a set of CTC laser grips on and forget those dang hard to see sights. That's what I did on my S&W 60 3".
