I recently paid $275.00 for a 1969 Glenfield 30 in really nice shape.  I restocked it and ended up with $225.00 total investment.  Here she is.

The numbers don't work out, your total is less than what you started with.  That is one very nice looking rifle.  Good job!  Where did you get the stocks from and what did they cost?

I sold the birch set for about twice what I paid for the walnut.

I found the buttstock on the 24 hour campfire forum and the forearm was on eBay.  I have about $85.00 in the set.

Whatever 30gr of H335 will do on a 182gr FPGC - I did not have a Chrony available then.

It was fast enough to put the whammy on some nice mule deer.
