Sure it is!  Jawja has no restrictions on action type of magazine capacity for deer huntin'!  We're civilized down he-ah!  Why would you think there was a restriction?  This is America!  A nation of laws!  If there ain't a law agen it, it's legal!

Yep, I once saw a guy hunting with an AR with a 30 round mag.  He was ready for a deer invasion I guess....

Buddy of mine was having problems with wild dogs on his farm.
he set on a dirt firebreak road and baited them in. Won't say how
but it was pretty disgusting. Anyway, he had a mini 14 and a couple of
30 round mags. About 10:00 pm he could hear them running around.
he flipped on the flood lights and killed 16 of the mangy mongrels in
a matter of seconds. Well when the woods got quiet again, another
set of lights came on and it was DNR. They thought he was setting
up to spotlight deer until they saw the pile of feral dogs.
They said nothing about the gun he used but they thought he was
shooting from a county road. he quickly proved that it was a private
road/firebreak and there was no more problem. I think they even helped
him finish piling them up and pouring quicklime on them to take care of
the mess. Feral dogs are a real problem around here (West Ga.)
