Not curently.  Only thier SRH is currently avail. in that chambering.  The Magnum Research BFR is avail in .475/.480 however.  I've heard that There is a Bisley being tested for .480 use.  Other 'smiths are doing it so it's only a matter of time before it's a factory model.  Have also heard a .454 Ruger SA may be on the horizon as well.

I think they haven't done it so far, was because they thought it would hurt their SRH sales. A SA .480 Bisley would be stronger, more reliable, and cheaper. Plus there's a bunch of us SA folks that would rather have, and pay for, a custom Gary Reeder (et al.) SA than a DA in that caliber. If Ruger is smart, they'll make one soon. They are missing sales, because if they won't do it (they can)--others will continue to do so. (With a Ruger product!)

That's exactly what I'm waiting for. I came close to getting a Vaquaro or Bisley in .45 Colt, but decided to wait for a five shot in .480, for me it would be a perfect combination of weight and power level for backpacking in Grizz country.

So I hope they hurry up. Seems like a lot of others want one too.
