Primer comparison

Would a Remington 91/2 large rifle primer be comparable/interchangeable to Winchester large rifle and CCI 200 primers?

Still, if you are working at the upper end of the load range its wise to back off the powder a grain or two and work back up. Haven't used much Rem primers but lots of Win and CCI.

Thanks for the info.  I still can't seem to be able to get CCI's or WRL.   I have been able to get Remington 9 1/2 though.

Any time you change anything in a load back off on the powder charge some and work back up watching for pressure. Different primers will also cause better or worse accuracy a lot of the time. You may not have pressure problems with the new primer but you could have accuracy problems. Increasing or decreasing the powder charge a little bit will bring the accuracy back most of the time.
