Buckmark Pistol Questions: Newbie for pistols :)
« on: January 28, 2005, 06:51:10 PM »
I went to the local gun store today, and im interested in buying a .22 pistol. I am almost 100% positive I want a Browning Buckmark. The gun I "think" I saw in the store was this one: http://www.browning.com/products/ca...051&type_id=398

I remember it had a wood handle, and a flat barrel on the side. (I never caught the name of it.) The price was $289. How does that sound??

What is the difference b/t the "Field" and this one?? I want it to have a wood/laminate handle, and a blued barrel.

How much would the fancy pistol cost that has the fluted barrel, wood grip, etc.??

Also, I just looked at the website it may have also been the "Buckmark Plus", would $289 for that gun be a good price??

TIA!!

That price sounds right for a wood gripped version.  I think the slab side looks cool too...
