17m2 & crows........

out here in the swamps, the crows are everywhere !!!!!!!!!
a lil target practice was in order

took the chopped tamer m2 out for a morning walk with a pocket full (i thought)!!!
of ammo. well its a tack-driver for sure !! and i kinda slowed down the population a good bit
until i ran out of ammo 

it sure does perform well, and its a blast to shoot.

i also noticed a bunch of swole-up treerats out here.

i need to thin them out before they start chew'n my house apart !!!!!!!!

i'm gonna do that on my next walk this afternoon

Yes the mach 2's are a blast to shoot, wish they were cheaper. The tree rats, crows and coons hate mine! most accurate round I have ever shot in a rimfire. Its a surgical tool.

as long as somethins move'n...you'll be alright

Well luckyly my 17 is a converted 10/22 and I only have to reload it after ten shots. Its like a "Duke" indian movie, i can shoot em till they quit coming by the wagon!

what a wonderful machine once you get them to shoot like you want.
i'm / spoiled my ownself. got bout 6 or 8 different flavors.
but i don't have any in 17.  i've read lots on them, but never converted.
because i've put a pile of time and $$ in them to perform in LR and WMR
i should have stock in VQ, tac-sol, green mountain and hornet products
have you ever tried the "tuffer-buffer" ??
a good friend in canada makes them, and they have lasted me for 10's
of 1000's of rounds. never a cut, gouge, or deformed.
out lasted the VQ buffer by far.

I put a new buffer in when i converted but dunno much about it. Tell me more, can I buy one or do I have to finance it?
