"Remington" Spartan, bekiel russuian 22lr under 410

I bought this rifle/shotgun combo and am really disappointed in its quality.
Machining is rough throughout,
to break it open as it takes two strong hands, really too much for the average woman or child
the cocking spring is so strong it is very difficult to close,
the 22 chamber is so tight that the extractor barely pulls out the spent case, even with plastic dummy rounds the plastic rims are ripped off.
the trigger is the worst I have ever used and makes any kind of marksmanship impossible due to the trigger grabbing on trigger pull. same with both barrels
I am really disappointed that Remington would allow this lack of workmanship to be associated with their Brand.

I will send it back to Spartan arms for remedial repairs and hope they will get this firearm into shooting condition

   Sorry to hear your gun needs to be sent back for repairs.  I would hate to have to do that myself.
I recently bought a SPR 18 rifle from Buds Gun Shop sight unseen and I guess I lucked out getting a nicely finished gun.  Other than a creepy trigger I can find little to complain about on my rifle.  I hope they make it right for you, it sounds like alot of repairs .      Jedman

let us know how the customer service is, ill never buy another one.the one i did have i got into real cheap and still regretted it.
